Mode of payment
We have a user-friendly website that gives you a chance to make advance payments through net banking. You can easily send the amount to our bank through online networks of payment networks. You can use a Master/Visa debit or credit card. Tourists can make payments through any Credit card, Debit card, PayPal, or Direct Deposit. Please note that if you make the payments through a credit card, then the bank charges as applicable will be added to the total amount and will be paid at the same time.
Refunds for Cancellations
In case you are postponing or cancelling your tour/travel due to any unavoidable reasons, you must inform us in writing. Please make sure that cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your mail in writing. The cancellation policy that would be applicable is written below:
Note:- The cancellation date will be counted from the next day when we receive the cancellation request by mail after office hours. Also, the tour start date will not be counted.

30 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost.

15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost. (excluding Gypsy Safari Cost)

07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost. (excluding Gypsy Safari Cost)

02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost. (excluding Gypsy Safari Cost)

Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND.

Customers have to wait for a minimum 24hr for booking confirmation and vouchers. Booking Vouchers will be sent to you by email, WhatsApp, SMS, or Hard Copy.
For Gypsy Safari, a different cancellation policy is there which is written below

3 to 1 day before the date of the excursion - 100% of the safari amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

15 to 4 days before the date of the excursion - 80% of the safari amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

59 to 16 days before the date of the excursion - 50% of the safari amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

120 to 60 days before the date of the excursion - 100% of the safari amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If a cancellation request is made prior to the issuance of the permit, a deduction of 20% of the booking amount will be applied.
Other Important Guidelines

In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided.

Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges, etc, will be informed by mail or phone before the traveling date.

Important Note: In case your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical error or non-availability of a seat, we will refund the whole amount to your given bank account. The same would be communicated accordingly.

In case of peak season - weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X'Mas & New Year) hotel bookings have a separate cancellation policy (which would be advised as and when required).

Our Liabilities and Limitations: Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost, and in case there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges decided by the Government of India, the same would be charged as extra.

Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we will not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

In case of dispute, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
