Day wise Itinerary

Day : Welcome and Relaxation

On the first day of your Pench Tour Package, arrive at the pre-booked resort in Pench and you’ll be warmly welcomed there. Check in at the hotel and enjoy a delicious lunch after relaxing for a bit. You can spend the rest of the day as you like. You can take a walk around the resort, enjoy recreational activities available at the property, or visit the sightseeing areas if you want. You can enjoy birdwatching and have a cup of coffee in the evening while watching the sunset from this peaceful destination. At night, have dinner before resting for the day. You can also enjoy a bonfire night (subject to availability and weather conditions). Then sleep comfortably in your rooms in the peaceful and fresh surroundings of Pench.

Day : Pench Safari & Different Experiences

Your second day of the Pench Holiday Package starts early with excitement. You’ll go inside the Pench for a thrilling Gypsy Safari. A guide and driver will be there with you to make your experience a memorable one. They will tell you stories about the park and provide information about the plants and animals during the ride. The safari ride might give you a chance to spot tigers, leopards, wild dogs, spotted deer, and many bird species in their natural habitat. During the safari, you can even listen to the chirping sounds of birds because you’re going inside the park early morning. After around 3 to 4 hours of safari, return to the resort and enjoy a hearty breakfast. The rest of the day is free for you. You can spend it as you like, maybe take a dip in the swimming pool or explore the recreational activities at the resort. Some people like to spend their time in nature, so you can simply sit in the garden area and enjoy the peaceful vibes of Pench. You can also go for a nature walk or explore nearby attractions. In the evening, enjoy light snacks and end the day with a delicious dinner. Stay overnight at the resort with calmness all around.

Day : Exciting time before check out

Start your morning with a peaceful walk around the resort or sip tea while enjoying the natural surroundings. Have your delicious breakfast for one last time and maybe enjoy the recreational activity at the resort. Maybe take part in activities like badminton, bicycling, board games, etc. (if available). Some guests also prefer to explore local markets or nearby scenic spots before leaving. It’s your time to do what you love the most. Make sure to pack your belongings on time and check out of the resort with lovely memories of your thrilling, peaceful, and exciting Pench Tour Package.

  1. This tour package is not available for bookings on long weekends, festive holidays, Christmas, and New Year (any gazetted holiday).
  2. Tourists have to book this tour at least 2 days before their travel date.
  3. The Pench Tour Package itinerary provided is tentative and may change based on the availability of gypsy safari and selected inclusions.

Terms & Conditions

  1.  We will only provide the base category rooms in all hotels..
  2.  If you want to upgrade your room then you have to pay extra directly when checking in..
  3.  Check-in time at the hotel is 12:00 pm and check-out will be at 11:00 AM..
  4.  Please make sure that you fill in the correct ages of passengers when booking this package to avoid penalties during travel..
  5.  If rooms are unavailable in the chosen hotel then we will provide a room in a similar standard hotel..
  6.  An extra mattress will be given if you’re booking a room for 3 persons..
  7.  Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone to the traveller before the travel date..
  8.  The company is not liable or responsible for any kind of accidents, loss/theft, or damage to luggage or any other..
  9.  We reserve the right to adjust this itinerary and our safari plans if required by operational or other situations..
  10.  The itinerary that is given in this package is tentative and it can be changed based on the availability of gypsy safari and selected inclusions..

Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure

Please inform us in writing if you need to cancel or postpone your tour/travel for unavoidable reasons. Please note that cancellation charges will apply when we receive your written notification. The following cancellation policy will be enforced:

  1. 30 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost..
  2. 15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost..
  3. 07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost.
  4. 02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost..
  5. Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND..
  6. The fees for the Gypsy Safari will not be refunded..
  7. An extra mattress will be given if you’re booking a room for 3 persons..
  8. Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone to the traveller before the travel date..
  9. Note : If your safari does not get booked because of any problem like technical error or unavailable seats then we will refund the full amount to your accounts..
  10. Booking for peak season and holidays like Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year have a separate cancellation policy. We will communicate those policies as and when needed..
  11. Our Liabilities and Limitations: If there is an increase in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India then it will be charged separately at that time..
  12. Force Majeure events, weather conditions, overbooking of hotels, strikes, festivals, or entry restrictions at visitation sites may occur. We will try our best to arrange suitable alternatives but we will not be responsible for any refunds or compensation claims arising from these situations..
  13. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi..

Payment Policies

  1. Jungle Safari India (Pvt.) Ltd. accepts Debit Card, Paypal, Credit Card, and Direct Deposit as payment methods for any bookings..
  2. Please make payments only to the account of this company..
  3. If you want to secure your booking then you can do it by paying 50% advance and upon arrival, you can pay the remaining 50%..
  4. Our precious travellers can enjoy additional discount benefits if they pay the full 100% amount to confirm the booking..
  5. Travellers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable..
