Day wise Itinerary

Day : Arrival at Kanha

Your trip starts as you arrive in Jabalpur or Nagpur (as per the plan), where our team will welcome you and take you to Kanha National Park (approx. 165–200 km drive depending on the starting point). On the way, enjoy the views of rural villages and lush green forests. Once you reach the resort, check in and relax in the peaceful vibes of this spot. In the evening, you can have a hot cup of tea or coffee and see the beautiful sunset from your resort. Maybe read a book if there’s a library in your resort. After some time, have your dinner, and then you can rest for the day in your comfortable rooms

Day : Thrilling Safari in Kanha

Wake up early for an exciting gypsy safari in Kanha National Park. This safari will take you inside the wild Kanha National Park, where you can get an amazing opportunity to spot animals like Royal Bengal Tigers, barasingha (swamp deer), leopards, and many birds. Return to the resort for breakfast and enjoy some free time relaxing or doing indoor activities. You can take a dip in the pool or simply relax in the peaceful surroundings, away from city life. You can also play games, go cycling, or do other stuff (if available at your resort). Spend a nice day in Kanha and enjoy dinner at night. Maybe talk about the day with your fellow passengers around the bonfire and rest in your comfy rooms

Day : Travel to Pench National Park

Start the day by waking up for one last time in your resort in Kanha and get ready and pack your stuff. On this day of your Pench holiday Package, you have to go on a long drive. Have a nice breakfast in the morning and then check out, as we will take you for a 4 to 5-hour drive to Pench National Park. The drive can give you a chance to see the natural beauty of the area and capture some amazing views of forests and small villages. Upon reaching the hotel in Pench, check in there, and then you can spend the day at your leisure. Maybe relax after a long drive or take a dip in the pool. You can relax in the garden area with a nice cup of tea and make sure to have dinner before resting for a peaceful night.

Day : Wildlife Safari in Pench

This day of your Pench Tour Package is all about exploring the wild side of the area. Wake up early and get ready for your morning gypsy safari inside the Pench Tiger Reserve. This park is famous for its role in The Jungle Book and is home to tigers, leopards, deer, wild dogs, and more. Listen to the birds sing and enjoy spotting animals in their natural habitat. After the safari, return to your resort for breakfast. You can relax or explore the nearby areas during your free time. Later in the day, explore the recreational activities of the resort. Maybe play some games or get a spa treatment to relax after the thrilling ride. You can have dinner at night inside your resort and then rest in your comfortable rooms.

Day : Departure from Pench

Wake up with the sounds of birds and maybe go for a walk in your resort. See the natural beauty of the area and spend some calming time. On this day of your trip, you will be required to check out on time. Have a nice breakfast and then pack your stuff. Say goodbye to Pench with lots of thrilling, exciting, and peaceful memories. Take a flight back home, as this will be the last day of your Pench Package Booking

  2. Tourists have to book this tour at least 2 days before their travel date.
  3. The Pench Tour Package itinerary provided is tentative and may change based on the availability of gypsy safari and selected inclusions.

Terms & Conditions

  1.  We will only provide the base category rooms in all hotels..
  2.  If you want to upgrade your room then you have to pay extra directly when checking in..
  3.  Check-in time at the hotel is 12:00 pm and check-out will be at 11:00 AM..
  4.  Please make sure that you fill in the correct ages of passengers when booking this package to avoid penalties during travel..
  5.  If rooms are unavailable in the chosen hotel then we will provide a room in a similar standard hotel..
  6.  An extra mattress will be given if you’re booking a room for 3 persons..
  7.  Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone to the traveller before the travel date..
  8.  The company is not liable or responsible for any kind of accidents, loss/theft, or damage to luggage or any other..
  9.  We reserve the right to adjust this itinerary and our safari plans if required by operational or other situations..

Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure

Please inform us in writing if you need to cancel or postpone your tour/travel for unavoidable reasons. Please note that cancellation charges will apply when we receive your written notification. The following cancellation policy will be enforced:

  1. 30 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost..
  2. 15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost..
  3. 07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost.
  4. 02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost..
  5. Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND..
  6. The fees for the Gypsy Safari will not be refunded..
  7. An extra mattress will be given if you’re booking a room for 3 persons..
  8. Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone to the traveller before the travel date..
  9. Note : If your safari does not get booked because of any problem like technical error or unavailable seats then we will refund the full amount to your accounts..
  10. Booking for peak season and holidays like Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year have a separate cancellation policy. We will communicate those policies as and when needed..
  11. Our Liabilities and Limitations: If there is an increase in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India then it will be charged separately at that time..
  12. Force Majeure events, weather conditions, overbooking of hotels, strikes, festivals, or entry restrictions at visitation sites may occur. We will try our best to arrange suitable alternatives but we will not be responsible for any refunds or compensation claims arising from these situations..
  13. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi..

  2. Please make payments only to the account of this company..
  3. If you want to secure your booking then you can do it by paying 50% advance and upon arrival, you can pay the remaining 50%..
  4. Our precious travellers can enjoy additional discount benefits if they pay the full 100% amount to confirm the booking..
  5. Travellers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable..
