Day wise Itinerary

Day : Day in Tadoba

Your journey begins as you arrive at Nagpur, where our team will receive you and take you to Tadoba (around 150 km, 3-hour drive). On the way, you can see the beautiful changing landscape from the city area to the green forest area. Once you reach the resort, you can check in, relax, and take in the fresh forest air. Spend the evening drinking a hot cup of coffee and listening to the sounds of birds. Enjoy a delicious dinner at night and then rest in your comfy rooms.

Day : Safari in Tadoba

Get ready early in the morning on the second day of your Pench Tour Package with Tadoba for your first jungle safari inside Tadoba National Park. With a guide and gypsy, you’ll go deep inside the Pench National Park where you can get chances to spot tigers, leopards, deer, and even sloth bears in their natural habitat. After the morning gypsy safari, return to the resort and have breakfast. You can spend your free time enjoying the recreational activities that might be available at your resort. Then, get ready to go for another thrilling ride inside the park. In the evening, the safari experience feels different, and you can even listen to some thrilling Jungle stories from the guide. This day will surely be one of the highlights of your Pench Holiday Package with Tadoba.

Day : Transfer to the resort in Pench

After breakfast on the third day of your amazing Pench Your Package, you’ll go for a scenic ride towards the Pench Natonal park. Upon reaching there at the resort, check in and then you can relax for the day. You can spend this day by exploring the resort's recreational activities or maybe take a dip in a pool. Have a hot cup of tea or coffee in the evening and see the natural beauty around you. Have dinner at the resort and then rest for the day in your comfortable rooms of the resort

Day : Wildlife Safari in Pench

On this day of your thrilling Pench Holiday Package, you’ll get chances to go two times on gypsy safari ride inside the park. Wake up early morning and get ready to go out for the first safari ride that will be included in your Pench Package Booking. Get an amazing chance to listen to the chirping of birds and sightings of animals like tigers, leopards, Indian bison (gaur), and playful langurs. Then, return to your resort for a hearty breakfast. Spend your free time exploring the nearby attractions, or you can enjoy the recreational activities. After some time, get ready to go for another thrilling gypsy ride inside the park. Spend an amazing time there and enjoy to the fullest. Ask questions about the park from the guide and get expert knowledge. After a thrilling experience, return to the resort and have dinner before saying goodnight to your family and friends.

Day : Departure from Nagpur

After a heavy breakfast, say goodbye to this amazing Pench National Park and return to your home. Check out on time from the resort because you’ll need to catch the flight or train back home on time. With some amazing memories and beautiful photos, return home. The facilities of your Pench Online Package Booking will end on this day.

  1. This tour package is not available for bookings on long weekends, festive holidays, Christmas, and New Year (any gazetted holiday).
  2. Tourists have to book this tour at least 2 days before their travel date.
  3. The Pench Tour Package itinerary provided is tentative and may change based on the availability of gypsy safari and selected inclusions.

Terms & Conditions

  1.  We will only provide the base category rooms in all hotels..
  2.  If you want to upgrade your room then you have to pay extra directly when checking in..
  3.  Check-in time at the hotel is 12:00 pm and check-out will be at 11:00 AM..
  4.  Please make sure that you fill in the correct ages of passengers when booking this package to avoid penalties during travel..
  5.  If rooms are unavailable in the chosen hotel then we will provide a room in a similar standard hotel..
  6.  An extra mattress will be given if you’re booking a room for 3 persons..
  7.  Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone to the traveller before the travel date..
  8.  The company is not liable or responsible for any kind of accidents, loss/theft, or damage to luggage or any other..
  9.  We reserve the right to adjust this itinerary and our safari plans if required by operational or other situations..
  10.  The itinerary that is given in this package is tentative and it can be changed based on the availability of gypsy safari and selected inclusions..

Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure

Please inform us in writing if you need to cancel or postpone your tour/travel for unavoidable reasons. Please note that cancellation charges will apply when we receive your written notification. The following cancellation policy will be enforced:

  1. 30 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost..
  2. 15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost..
  3. 07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost.
  4. 02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost..
  5. Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND..
  6. The fees for the Gypsy Safari will not be refunded..
  7. An extra mattress will be given if you’re booking a room for 3 persons..
  8. Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone to the traveller before the travel date..
  9. Note : If your safari does not get booked because of any problem like technical error or unavailable seats then we will refund the full amount to your accounts..
  10. Booking for peak season and holidays like Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year have a separate cancellation policy. We will communicate those policies as and when needed..
  11. Our Liabilities and Limitations: If there is an increase in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India then it will be charged separately at that time..
  12. Force Majeure events, weather conditions, overbooking of hotels, strikes, festivals, or entry restrictions at visitation sites may occur. We will try our best to arrange suitable alternatives but we will not be responsible for any refunds or compensation claims arising from these situations..
  13. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi..

  1. Jungle Safari India (Pvt.) Ltd. accepts Debit Card, Paypal, Credit Card, and Direct Deposit as payment methods for any bookings..
  2. Please make payments only to the account of this company..
  3. If you want to secure your booking then you can do it by paying 50% advance and upon arrival, you can pay the remaining 50%..
  4. Our precious travellers can enjoy additional discount benefits if they pay the full 100% amount to confirm the booking..
  5. Travellers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable..
